Shipping Information:

We ship all in-stock items via UPS daily. Most out-of-stock items usually ship within 7-10 days.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax.

All orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax and will be processed as a separate transaction.



Returns and Refunds:

If you need to return your Mafell tool for any reason, contact our office at (888) 736-3812. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Un-used tools, returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, will receive full refund.
